The location allows a short walk to the Masjid. Nearby, guests can find many food options! The staff were very supportive. They accommodated my early check-in. They also let me leave my car in the parking area after I checked out. This was a great help.
The room needed some upkeep. There were small signs of wear.

the location was acceptable as it was close to my destination.
The staff demonstrated a bad attitude. the wifi was horrible. Connecting proved impossible, requiring reliance on mobile data. room service required repeated calls and the room was not cleaned unless prompted multiple times. there was no lunch or dinner buffet, only breakfast.

i found the location quite convenient. it was a short walk to the masjid. the hotel also had car parking available, helpful. the staff at the kitchen were nice and the food was tasty too.
upon arrival, the room lacked towels. there were also no tea making facilities. i had to visit reception multiple times to get towels delivered. the phone was not working.
